1.  What payment methods can I use?

 

Joan Marie Classics accepts the following methods of payment for purchase.

 

Credit Cards accepted are:     Master Card

                                                 Visa

                                                 America Express

                                                 Money Orders

                                                 Certified or Cashier Checks

 

We also accept one of our online gift certificates

 

2,  Can I pay you later?

 

 

      We are sorry but we must receive all payments prior to shipping any merchandise.

 

 

3.  Will you accept personal checks?

 

No,  Unfortunately  we will not accept personal checks  and we do not have any Layaway Plan

 

 

4.  How soon after I place the order will it be shipped?

 

If the merchandise is in stock we will ship your order within five (5) business days after we receive full payment verification and approval.

 

We treat all orders separately; so if you have purchased multiple pieces of merchandise, please note that we will satisfy each order separately.    All of our orders shipped within the United States will be shipped United Parcel Service.  If the order is going to another country, it will be shipped Federal Express.  (Please see out of USA shipping instructions on the shipping area)

 

 

5.  What if I change my mind about the color or sizing after the order is placed?

 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed with Joan Marie Classics, we cannot make changes to the order.  You can call our merchandise representative at 888-652-9484 for further assistance. We do encourage you to make those critical decisions before you submit your order.

 

6.  If I am not pleased with my order, can I return the purchase?

 

Please go to the returns and exchange area to see the guidelines.

 

7.  If I give a gift of merchandise to someone and they are not satisfied with the sizing, can it be exchanged?

 

Yes, It is easy to exchange a gift. All gifts come with a gift receipt,  which does not have the price.  There is also a postage-paid return label enclosed in the package.   Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a Joan Marie Classics online gift certificate that is valid for one year.( the expiration date will be noted)

8.  Will my order be taxed?

 

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address.  We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates; however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed.

 

9.  How do I know what size to purchase?

 

We offer a size guide that is located on the Contact Us Page.  This chart will help guide you in determining which size to purchase.  Remember you are purchasing lounge wear and it is meant to be flowing and fit loosely.

 

10.  Is your merchandise manufactured in the USA?

 

Our merchandise is both imported and domestic in origin.  This information is available on our web site:  www.joanmarieclassics.com along with other details about each available piece of merchandise.
