Return Policy

Return  and Exchange Policy


It is our sincere hope and desire to offer merchandise that is of the utmost quality and design.  If however you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return it to Joan Marie Classics, you must adhere to our Return and/or Exchange Policy that is noted on this website.


Our Return Policy specifically stipulates that you must return the merchandise in unworn condition, all tickets attached and a copy of your invoice with reason for return within 18 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund.  If your item(s) does not have a tag, it will be returned to the customer.  Please also note that we do not reimburse shipping costs.  It is further stipulated that all items that are returned after 18 days but before 30 days are subject to a 22% restocking fee and merchandise that we determined has been worn or damage but not by our company will not be refunded for any value or amount. 


No returns will be refunded after 30 days with no exception.  Because of the volume of e-mails and notices that we receive from our customers, we cannot confirm delivery of any returns, however, if we receive merchandise back that is warranted of a credit to your credit card, we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded. We in most cases will refund the credit card within 5 business days of receiving your returned merchandise.  Please also note that we can only make a re-payment to the original credit card when the original payment was made, so if you are a recipient of a gift, you may exchange your merchandise for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge your card with the difference accordingly.


If you are seeking an exchange for an item, please see the above section for our return policy.  All items to be exchanged must be accompanied with the original invoice indicating which item you are returning and what item you are requesting for exchange.  Any difference in price will be charged or refunded onto your credit card.  Unfortunately we cannot hold items for exchange but if the item (s) you are requesting at the time of processing are available, we will do all in our power to satisfy your order.  Please note that it will take at least 5 business days for us to process your exchange and we do not confirm delivery of your return.  We will, however, notify you when we are shipping your exchange merchandise to you.



All exchanges or returns of merchandise are subject to the rules and regulations as stipulated within this document and/or stated in the return and exchange.


All Items that are marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
