Shopping/ Ordering Information


Delivery and Processing is the charge for internet order processing, packaging and handling fee.    Unless otherwise noted, your order should be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after time of placing the order and receiving verification and acceptance. 


Upon your submission of an order, the fulfillment process begins.    Unless otherwise noted, all items are in stock.  Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved and verified. 


  • We ship to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico and Canada – Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will require some additional time as determined by UPS.  We will also shipp merchandise via Fed Ex where noted.  



  • Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday only, however if a holiday falls during one of those days, no order will be shipped.  If you want your merchandise shipped 2-3 day delivery or overnight, the charge will be higher. You will need to contact our office to verify your shipping charges.



  • If your order required gift wrap, we may need an additional day to satisfy your needs and wishes


  • All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted – if you required next day delivery, you will need to call the office to receive authorization and proper instructions


  • All orders require a street address -  NO   P.O. BOX address are acceptable


  • All International Orders and Canada Orders will have additional charges.  Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient

When you place your order, you are required to enter an email address during checkout, so please note that we will have an automatic auto responder to notify you about the order.   If you still have additional questions, please email us from the Contact Us Page and we will respond. 


Your order status is supplied by Joan Marie Classics.  It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it is shipped from our warehouse.  Once the order leaves our facility UPS, the service provider, provides a tracking number and we will have it available for you when you access your Order-History on our website.   Please Noteà  Order tracking may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our facility.
