When I first saw the "Fire and the Rose"

Hi Joan Marie &  all of my wonderful sisters,

I was drawn to “Fire & the Rose” when I first saw it: the fiery print & vines of roses gathered at the hem that seemed to undulate upwards gently, as the top of the flames seemed to delicately escape  from the waistband -  felt like it was igniting the energy of strength, creativity, beauty and softness all at once. When I wore it, the silky feel of the fabric made me feel precious, like I was indulging in luxury. At the same time I felt so carefree in its silhouette. And when I looked back at my reflection, I felt “taller” from feeling bold and confident – it was certainly a very empowering experience!  --  Grace M.
